by requesting a commission from me, i will assume you have read all of my terms of service. if you do not abide by these terms you will be blacklisted.
paypal only! dm if interested!
payment is upfront. no refunds will be given unless piece cannot be completed due to personal circumstances. you must be comfortable sending me your paypal email to send an invoice to.
terms of service:
i reserve the right to refuse any commission request
i reserve the right to post and publish the work unless discussed beforehand
i retain full rights to the artwork
you are allowed to use the art as an icon, banner, wallpaper, and personal merchandise like a print or keychain (NOT for selling, just for yourself)
please credit me (@minmofu) if using the commission on social media!
do NOT:
-claim or post the artwork as your own work
-trace, edit, or resell the artwork
-use for commercial purposes UNLESS stated beforehand
-ask for revisions PAST the lining + base colour stage, revisions are most welcome during the sketch phase
-use for any blockchain related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, and any future inventions in this space
-reupload onto AI art replicating sites
-file a chargeback for any completed commission (all goods are digital and will never be shipped.)
please have a reference picture on hand for the transaction to go smoothly!
